Each EcoSBR plant can achieve very high treatment values in a single operation. Thanks to our design considerations that surpass conventional assumptions and result needs are achieved in a single basin SBR. This means filtration and disinfection are only add-ons for safety and not actually for treatment. There is no separate design to achieve different treatment values. Each plant can be programmed to achieve high levels of treatment and also program modification can be done to improve efficiency

Automation

EcoSBR plant is automatic because a controller operates the plant. The controller has a sensor that senses abnormal conditions and alters operations intelligently. Every operation is logged in the controller so that there is a record history of treatment operation.

Flexible Design

In India land is not a luxury and there is a great need for flexibility in choosing the construction material of choice. Our designs are standard and follow stringent global best practices, yet can be constructed in different, shape, depth and with different construction materials. Concrete tank are built at site, FRP tanks can be procured for underground and over the ground installations. Also there can be single or many tanks. Nothing is impossible when it comes to flexibility.

How is EcoSBR advanced?

EcoSBR utilizes naturally occurring microbes for treatment. The EcoSBR controller is programmed in such a way that it treats sewage and wastewater as per incoming load. Variation in the load that may hurt plant operation is detected automatically in the sewage treatment plant and aeration is varied accordingly to achieve the treatment needs. The microbes in the STP also adapt to treat wastewater with varying Input conditions. Every EcoSBR sewage treatment plant is capable of treatment even when the plant is varying loads for many days. Even in the worst conditions, the EcoSBR plant can sustain the microbes without losing them.

How can advanced be simple?

Any treatment technology should be easy to operate, simple to understand and should avoid complicated machinery. EcoSBR uses air-lift principle for almost every pumping of water from one chamber to another, thus there is no clogging of pumps in the entire life of the plant. There are no media/carrier in the plant and all the treatment happens with simple aeration. Additionally removal of ammonia and phosphorous can be carried out in a single basin without need for additional anoxic and anaerobic tanks. Unbelievable! But true.

Is EcoSBR efficient?

A 20 KLD EcoSBR uses < 15 KW of power in a day which includes filtration and disinfection, while it provides even more air than any other plant in the market. Fine bubble aeration means, more oxygen is available for microbes. This is the lowest power to achieve highest treatment. EcoSave mode saves power when there is low inflow or low occupancy. These options and adaptations are not part of other systems in the market. Moreover other systems do not consider entire operational cost that include pumping and filtration expenses. Beware!
